Ranch raised before heading to college, Tate had already developed a deep passion for land stewardship and agriculture. After earning a Range Management Degree from University of Wyoming, Tate has primarily worked in a regulatory function for governmental agencies. Tate's employment with federal, state, and private land management entities has influenced his unique perspective on land management. Many positive and negative lessons learned have developed a real, sustainable land stewardship model that can be easily replicated throughout the Rocky Mountain front range region.

Raised in the Texas Panhandle, before serving in the United States Army, Rodney knew that he always wanted to ranch and raise cattle after growing up and working with his dad and grandad on his grandad’s farm. After serving more than 20 years in the Army and traveling all over the world, Rodney and his wife Robin settled in South Central Colorado and began raising cattle. Today, he markets the cattle directly to the consumer as ranch to table beef. His belief in low stress animal handling and holistic range management produces an outstanding product that is raised in an environment that delivers good quality beef. Rodney finished his Master of Agriculture Science degree with Colorado State University and looks forward every day to making the land healthier and cattle more productive than ever before.
